Terrible customer service from the receptionist called Daniela and terrible customer service from the Office Manager called Leslie. They demanded that “I” call my insurance to get a “diagnosis code”. And Dr Escobedo called me himself to tell me to look for a different Dr…..yes he told me “it would be best to go with a different provider.” Something I will gladly do because I do bat have to tolerate this office’s employees lack of customer service skills and the unprofessional ATTITUDE shown by DOCTOR ESCOBEDO HIMSELF.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Escobedo. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and there was very little wait time when I arrived. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional, which made the visit even better.
