I bought a truck from here that heated up soon after purchase and eventually required a total engine reconstruction. Associates have provided some effort and sympathy to help. Unfortunate circumstances... I won't blame the shop. It happens. I'd still work with them and hope for a better experience in the future.
Where is the 10 star button??? 🌟 From start to finish this was an awesome experience. Giovanni was excellent in providing both detail about my loan, and expectations about the vehicle I had chosen. I was informed every step of the way. They are VERY transparent and honest here. As a single mom, and one income household, it can be easy to get duped at a dealership... but Sergio, the owner, took care of me. AMAZING service and cannot say enough great things!!!!! Loving my new-to-me car. 💖
Great place to take your vehicle for service. I bought a BMW from them and have had fantastic service from the manager/ AC the mechanic sales personnel and the ladies in the office. Always willing to help me with any questions or concerns I have. I definitely will continue to take my vehicle to them and when the time is right will buy my next vehicle from them again. GREAT customer service!!!!!
