The care one receives from the medical staff at this clinic is great! However, the business side is horrible! I have yet to find a family physician's office that doesn't find extra ways of billing insurance for unwanted and frankly, unneeded medical procedures. I simply stopped by to pick up lab orders the doctor wanted me to have done at an outside laboratory. I didn't have an appointment, and I didn't need one.
