What a disgrace this establishment is. From start to finish, the front desk receptionist to the nurse practitioner (Isabella Rodriguez) absolutely disgraceful. Where is the hospitality in this place? I am writing this review on part of my husband! Shame on all that work there it is impossible to have some take care of his needs. He is going on 3 weeks that a medication was prescribed and no can call the insurance company to verify the reason for the medication. It continues to fall on deaf ears. Does it really take an act of congress to get this problem resolved. WHEN WILL SOME ONE BE ABLE TO CALL ME AND LET ME KNOW THE STATUS!
