Smooth experience, very clear communication
RGS title did the closing on our house a couple months back. Though the initial closing seemed straightforward, they forgot to send us or follow up on the land survey we requested until the day of closing. They also did not successfully send a check to our homeowners insurance company and we are still tied up in insurance limbo because our contact at RGS is unreachable. Overall pretty disappointing experience that we are still trying to resolve with them. Do not recommend.
