Ray’s staff came out to look at my counters and were able to get the areas of concern cleaned up. They took the time to show me how to use what they recommend for these types of areas. I can’t really call them spots but maybe left over water spots. Great to work with and didn’t make me feel like I was an idiot or that my concerns were not valid. I highly recommend RGS for your granite, quartz and marble needs.
I’ve used RGS for two projects and I’m so satisfied that I asked how I could post a review. Ray is so meticulous with each project design, the selection of stone, identifying areas of the stone to avoid (if possible)) or other areas to highlight. There’s no detail not discussed. And his installers are also very professional and talented. If there’s any slight concern, they are back out in a flash and always strive for complete satisfaction. They provide a very hands on and personal touch. I can’t recommend them enough.
RGS was amazing experience for purchasing and installing my countertops. Ray and his brother are top notch. It took several months to find the stone I wanted and ended up going to Boston Granite in Haverhill. It was about three weeks from time selecting stone to install. Ray took the time to write everything out in terms of pricing, and gave some options. I will be using RGS for my counter install. 10/16- Just did the install. They were very careful to not scratch my hardwood floors when they moved the fridge and stove. They were in and out in about an hour, and the countertops are beautiful. They did a thorough job cleaning up as well. Great communication, very professional and friendly. Great bunch to work with. Thank you Ray! Would recommend without hesitation.
RGS measured and professionally installed our new quartz counter tops. Ray had great choices to choose from and extremely reasonable prices. After a couple visits we narrowed our pick and just love it outcome. Why go elsewhere when the best is RGS Marble and Granite.
