RGS Landscape is an extremely overpriced cut-the-grass service. At my request, the owner visited our property, offered me a proposal/contract that included a list of work to be done, and sold me a pack of lies. The price was very high. The contract listed all tasks that we discussed. I was promised “the work would be done in a professional manner and the workers would take a personal interest in our yard”. I will first say that this is the first bad review I have written for anyone in 20 years. I will also say that I am in the residential real estate field and have dealt with all types of businesses and contractors for 25 years. Half the time they didn't show up even though I was always billed. It would take 2-3 times for requesting service before they would come out. After the first couple of treatments they started billing far in excess of their quote. It would then take more calls and emails to get that corrected. What was ... read more

RGS promotes their “Professional” status but our experience has been far from it! We've been customers for many years and when we called to talk to someone about issues we’re having with the appearance of our lawn we experienced the rudest, most inconsiderate, and highly UNprofessional conversation in return.
