RGP Tree Service just finished work on a tree in our back yard. I can't rave enough on the professionalism and the respect they had for my property. They were thorough and paid attention to every detail. They hauled away every branch that was cut and left my yard clean. They will be our GO TO for any tree trimming/removal service we need. If I could give them 20 stars I would!
I scheduled an appointment for a tree estimate and waited for the estimator to arrive, but no one showed up. When I called, I was told the estimator was busy and could not reschedule me until after Sunday. There was no effort to accommodate me despite the missed appointment. Very disappointing customer service.
Had RHP remove a couple of trees that were starting to damage the roof. They gave a fair quote and showed up when they said they would. Very happy with this transaction.
We were extremely happy with our tree removal projects Working with Manuel and Adriana through the entire process was excellent from the quoting to the permitting efforts to the final removal. The post clean-up was great and we would highly recommend their team
