Terrible customer follow-up. We contacted RGP as they installed the units in our new home. Both units are noisy, one makes more noise and vibrates the wall of the house. The technician was on time and diagnosed the issue as a faulty compressor. The parts are warrantied but the labor is not. I requested to speak with the service manager regarding the $660 quote for freon. I wanted to know why the freon was not being reclaimed and reused on site rather than removing and charging me for new freon. Company policy is not an adequ... read more

I purchased a new home and RGP did not install the **** system correctly. RGP came out twice and never sent anyone that was qualified to fix or resolve my issues. The second time out I had the equipment manufacturer out as well. Manufacturer Stated that it was not the equipment. RGP did not install my **** System correctly per the manufacturer. RGP was the company my builder had a contract with. Ive had several experiences with them that has been less than satisfying, the first was having a technician come out to inspect why my thermostat kept rebooting. The technician said we needed a new thermostat buy of course he didnt bring one. It took months for him to come back out and replace it. Skipping to the last experience, it was the same issue but the new technician finding a different reason for the rebooting. He did fix it, however when it was time for me to chang... read more

This Company is utter trash. We have had them come out to our home 10 times in a 6 month period. We have a Brand New Home and we are under warranty with RGP, but there solution is to slightly patch things up and pretend things are better while darting for the front door. It all started with the heat not working so that took 5 visits to fix in there winter time. So they thought it was ok for us to freeze while they have empty promises of the issue being fixed. we have recently made multiple trips to the homeowners house and have them taken care of and corrected. The issue with the cooling of the house was handled in a timely manor and did take multiple trips due to multiple compounding issues on the house.Unfortantly when a a/c unit freezes up it must thaw out. This was the issues on 6/25/21 and we sent a technician out the following day to diagnose the issue of it freezing on 6/26/21 and then sent the tech back again on 6/28/21 as a courtesy follow up and to fix a noisy register ... read more
