Terrible service. We purchased a vanity, and while assembling it, we found out they shipped the wrong part. I have sent emails with no follow-up whatsoever. Then, today, I got an email (six days later) stating I needed to provide them with info that I ALREADY SENT. I will never use them again. STAY AWAY

I purchased a Fresca Valencia bathroom vanity from my distributor and within a month the sink was chipped. I have tried contacting RGM to discuss their warranty but they don't answer their phone and they don't respond to email requests through their website. Good luck if you order anything from this company as customer service is none existent. It actually amazing that you even found the company on Google as they do a great job of hiding their office location, phone number or email address. If I were you I would just give up... read more

Ordereded Fresca medicine cabinet mirror from Lowes. Two out of 4 glass shelves were broken. Called this manufacturer and they would not discuss matter with me, only from Lowes representative. Called Lowes, their customer service called RGM distributor and gave them a series of lengthy steps to take to get replacement glass. Went back up to my local Lowes, their customer service desk called RGM to try and get shelves replaced and RGM said the customer needs to send pictures. I thought they only dealt with distributors?
