I purchased a Fresca mirror from build.com. But upon install, I noticed the right side LED cord is too short and makes contact with the right hinge each time the door opens and closes. The cord is so short it is pulling on the washer of the door. The left side does not have this issue. Upon communicating with Fresca they’re saying I should wait it out for the cord to relax. Terrible service. We purchased a vanity, and while assembling it, we found out they shipped the wrong part. I have sent emails with no follow-up whatsoever. Then, today, I got an email (six days later) stating I needed to provide them with info that I ALREADY SENT. I will never use them again. STAY AWAY
