I rented a new apartment. Was told no one had ever lived there. There were picture holes in the walls and drag marks in the kitchen and dining area. I always paid my rent early and sometimes paid two months in advance. The landlords never bothered me and I them. When it came time to move in my new house, I took the courtesy to ensure everything was as it was when I rented. They refused to give me back my deposit. The apartment we rented from them was very pretty, and they were very prompt in resolving whatever limited issues we had. Tracy was as good a landlord as you could hope for! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
