I purchased a motor for my 2013 Cadallac Hybrid Escalade I drove the vehicle in and a year later I had to have it towed out. Cadillac did everything they could do to correct what ever was done incorrectly but could not be done. The vehicle is no good anymore and Mr Richard have not called me as of yet to rectify this problem. Very disappointing and unacceptable

Purchased a transmission here, then was offered installation. Most bazaar thing is, my vehicle was stolen from the lot... Great place to purchase parts, but I do not recommend installation.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PARTS HERE !! ENGINES ARE NO GOOD AND MR. RICHARD IS NEVER PRESENT IN HIS ESTABLISHMENT ALSO DOES NOT HONOR HIS SUPPOSE “WARRANTY “
