Très déçue du service. Au premier appel, on m’a donné une interprétation qui me laissait croire que j’étais protégée par l’article 1945. J’ai agi en fonction de cette information et je me retrouve maintenant avec une mise en demeure. Quand j’ai rappelé pour expliquer la situation complète, on m’a répondu qu’ils “ne savaient pas” finalement et qu’ils ne pouvaient pas vraiment se prononcer. The staff was so nice; he accommodated speaking English and provided me with all the information I needed. Excellent experience! I had an appointment and waited for about 20 mins, it is acceptable.
