The system is completely broken. Abominable place, humiliating Canadian institution. How this isn't on any authority's radar as a complete failure in government, public service, and above all, justice, is beyond my comprehension. They're so far gone. It gives me shivers. Feels like the canary in the coal mine.

The staff was so nice; he accommodated speaking English and provided me with all the information I needed. Excellent experience! I had an appointment and waited for about 20 mins, it is acceptable.
