Wow for some reason my review was taken down! Probably because THEY ARE THE WORST kind of medical providers. Dr. Jain cared nothing about my reproductive “journey,” my true odds of success, my health, my mental or physical comfort and well being. He just wants that money. Don’t go here. You’ll know it by your 3rd appointment & after that you’re in too deep to back out & you just hope you’re being too sensitive….
I know this is long, but please read my story. I want to start this review by acknowledging that the clinic as a whole seems wonderful. My experience with the OBGYN was truly outstanding—she exhibited an amazing bedside manner, was thoughtful and encouraging, and embodied all the qualities one would hope for in a guide through the IVF process. I was recommended to RGI by a friend and had really high hopes for our journey. I was really surprised about how impersonal it was off the bat. Everyone was kind enough, but it was all surface level. They are also extremely busy, so I understand why it may be difficult to connect with everyone. After our first IUI, we immediately were only seen by the PA. My husband and I had a wonderful experience with RGI - The nursing staff, front desk staff and PAs became like family in our infertility journey. Always so kind, supportive and helpful every step of the way. I felt like I had my own cheering squad for our future baby!
