Prices go up constantly. There system billed me twice for the same month and CS says 3 weeks to return the 2nd charge?? Are you kidding me? You can take the payment from my account instantly yet it takes 3 weeks for it to be returned? That’s unacceptable.
$300 for what
I just want to thank all the crew that worked outside late until about 2130 to get the power back on from the December 2021 wind storm. Power was out for about 53 hours but what are you gonna do. Guess this company gets lots of flack but knowing they were out there working long hours in the cold gets a thank you from me.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. RGE is a joke. The power goes out in ny neighborhood twice a month, but no one seems to care. But you better believe they want their money for faulty service. I pray another utility company eventually services my area.
