I needed a part for a 20-year-old RGC boat hoist and they were able to send me a diagram explaining the part in detail and where to purchase the part about 5 miles from my cottage. All of this handled in less than one business day by phone and email. The service and helpfulness was incredible. Thank you, Peter.

I have a summer home on Lake Ontario and have had an RG Beacher Rail for 25 years. Beyond purchase I have had to contact RG with technical questions involving the wireless winch twice. Both times the RG personnel were very helpful, making sure my questions were answered. I would not hesitate to buy an RG product again.

RGC really sucks!They just took my money after return.(returned on time)I didn't even unpack what I boutht from them because no longer need it...the thing was return ..They made me paid almost $90 for return shipping...they took 20% from my $530 all I can say ...if you will purchase something with them be sure about everything or they will just take your money.....I hope they use my money for better train the rude people they have on customer service line..when I purchased the part over the phone...THEY NEVER EVER SAID ANYTH... read more

Amazing customer service. I had this boat lift for five years and called and asked questions regarding a A control box that continually with blowing circuit cards, they looked into it and called me back and sent me a completely new system free of charge. I've been in business my whole life, and I've never seen customer service like this.

To: RGC Customer Service and Marketing. My name is Bob Morrill and I am the end user of an RGC lift. When we put our lift in the water this year, the control box did not working properly. I contacted RGC directly and was pleasantly surprised at their willingness to assist me. Most manufactures send you back to a dealer to resolve. A dealer was not local to my area. Ann Marie Goodlander, listened to my dilemma, said she would talk to engineering and get back to me. She called me shortly thereafter with a recommendation to fix... read more
