My first impression of Roger was that he was patient as I really didn’t know what exactly was wrong with my car, he asked general questions to think of what the problem must be , he was very professional in the sense he asked what car I have almost imidietly just to save us both time by figuring out if he can even work on it. Based of a picture I showed him he guesses it was the belt tensioner, after arrival and diagnosing the problem which did end up being the belt tensioner he called up every store nearby but none of them ... read more
Roger is awesome.... He is very honest with his assessments, his pricing & his great work ..... A big Triple Threat for his competitors to try to deal with and if I was in his line of work I would call Roger and ask for a job instead of try to compete with him .... He even gave me a 30 year warranty ... Ha Just kidding on that one ... but Roger is also fun to work with and has a sense of humor which I like also !!!! Matt
