Used RG Murphy to replace our bulkhead. They were very helpful in determining how much the likely cost would be and setting us up with a permit expediter to move things along. What I really appreciated was that they explained why bids were coming in so high at the time (2021) and said they'd wait to give the bid until we had the permit since pandemic pricing should have improved. Flighty as hell. Strung along for weeks. Absolutely no regard for communication with a potential client. Took over a week just to get a site visit to see what was needed, then left hanging despite communication attempts for the better part of a month (entire timeline recorded in texts). Didn't even get to comment on quality of work since they apparently didn't want to to do any.
