I trusted Reddie to work on my Classic 1996 Chevy Silverado K2500 HD Truck 2700.00 , new fuel pump, intake manifold gaskets, and my parts which are (spark plugs , wires, rotor, distributor cap, fuel filter) While doing the engine work , the Hood was "FORCED" open beyond the stops, and caused severe damage to the hood on both sides of the hinges. Hey Reddy. It's been 3 years and you still haven't given me back my donut wheel spare. As you know the spare you gave me (which is worth quite a bit) and you know that that spare didn't fit. ALL I WANT IS A DONUT SPARE., even though I paid you for a regular top of the line spare with rim. You just keep giving me the run around. Didn't have the pleasure of meeting whoever worked on the car directly (as I only had time for a drop off) but they did a great job - needed a battery replacement/registration for my MINI which isn't as simple as it sounds apparently, and had been turned away from almost every mechanic in town telling me to go to the dealership. If you’re a woman and need repairs, run away quickly because they will take advantage of you. On several occasions I went in for basic maintenance work and came out with all types of repairs needed. Transmission work, expensive 700.00 breaks, water pump bout 600.00 They charge me for unnecessary repair work. Of course I had to get the work done because I take care of my car,.
