First, I'd like to give Ms. Ruby thanks for really helping me get out of a nasty situation. After having been referred to Ms. Ruby by a friend, she reviewed my previous years to make sure things were being done right at my previous tax preparer. I was absolutely impressed at the quality service that Ms. Garcia provided. I attempted to do my taxes at other places such as H&R Block, Jackson & Hewitt & even other small tax places but none of them ever did my taxes right.
