I can't say enough good things about this company and specifically Reggie. He was friendly, professional, reasonably priced, and prompt. He got us in on an extremely busy week (right after a holiday) and we only had to wait a couple of days. While working on the garage door (spring had broken) he found and fixed other things wrong with it but didn't charge us more than the quoted price. I will definitely call him for any future work and would 100% recommend him to others. What a pleasant experience!
RG came to fix a broken spring and weather seal. They made sure the door was actually functioning before leaving. The door runs smoother than it was before. He fit me in their busy schedule even though I’m in St. Joseph. This is a HOA Townhouse community so I’m going to spread the good word. Thanks
The guys were very polite and professional. Reggie and his partner are the guys to call! They fixed all three doors for the price (great reasonable price) as they said they would per their estimate. I’m so very happy and grateful, they did not take advantage of me (being a female not knowing anything about garage doors) as I had been in the past from other repair shops. Ladies these are the guys you want to hire!!!!
I highly recommend RG Garage Door Service, two different times we've had problems with our doors and Reggie has went above and beyond to fix the problems. FYI, these doors were not installed by RG Door but Reggie never hesitates to help when I call.
Reggie fixed our garage door springs quickly, and since they weren't as complicated as expected, he charged us less than quoted. That's honesty thats hard to find. I would absolutely recommend RG Garage Door Service.
