If you are looking for a new gym, this is the place. My wife and I joined the newbie classes at R&G Fitness, it’s a hidden gem and it has been a fantastic experience, I absolutely love it. Beau,Jamie and Laura are not only friendly and welcoming, but they are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to make sure you are getting the most out of your training. I’ve visited two other gyms in Allen, but RnG stands out in a league of its own. If you’re someone who genuinely wants to transform your fitness journey and has the mindset to prioritize yourself in your routine, RnG is nothing short of paradise. With the incredible coaches Beau and Jaime, they will challenge you to push beyond your limits. I attend this gym purely out of passion, showing up simply because I love being here.
