Beware of my experience. Service appointment was quick, however the guy never mentioned there was a hidden fee for an estimate. His website clearly states a no charge evaluation, but it is only in person he mentioned that an evaluation is not the same as an estimate and wanted $65. This was not discussed over the phone nor in person until the very end of the visit and the guy was insistant on getting paid by Interac. The visit lasted literally 5 minutes and the estimate had basically "ant treatment, guaranteed for 6 months" ... read more
This company respects the covid19 regulations to date (wears a mask). Punctual and professional, Riad is very tentative to your questions and seems to be quite knowledgeable in his profession. I also appreciate how humble and patient he is with his customers! I've called a few places and this company's price point is very reasonable too. We applied the poison just today for the mice so for now we wait, but I trust Riad with the process.
