I am so happy to find a Mechanic here in Greeneville Tn that I can trust. Not only trust worthy but very knowledgeable. They have treated me as a person and not as an invoice number. My favorite part about this shop is how great the customer service is. I’d be leery of any shop these days that has a ton of free time on their hands. Justin and the guys are always extremely busy making sure they take care of the customers on the lot. Meghan is always great to deal with. She’s extremely helpful and gets me taken care of as fast as possible. I am happy to wait my turn for the best service and quality parts. 10/10 would recommend to anyone I know.
This is the only place that I have been taking my beloved Diesel to for the past several years and I will continue to do so. Exceptional service and I’m so very thankful for everything they’ve done to keep my truck in great running shape. Nobody else touches my truck for anything except tires.
