I'm furious. I've been using R&G for seven years and have been very happy. But after filing my 2022 return, I received an IRS letter saying my return was filed late and I had to pay a $500+ fine--even though I'd been assured by R&G that my return would be filed on time. Since the local office is only open during tax time, I had to contact the main office. I've been leaving messages for A WEEK and nobody has called back or addressed the issue, even though it's their fault. I'll take my business elsewhere next year.
