I am extremely disappointed with the service at RG. The staff were very rude and completely unprofessional. When I mentioned that I am a regular customer and spend over $5,000 a month with them, their response was shocking — they told me they don’t care if they lose 20% of their customers because they are “too busy.” They even told me not to come back. Very disappointed with this place. I called ahead to order paint and was told it would take about 40 minutes. I went there almost 2 hours later, and the paint still wasn’t ready. When I asked why, the staff (including management) were extremely rude and unprofessional, basically telling me to “wait longer or go somewhere else.” That’s not how you treat customers. No respect, no courtesy, and no accountability. I would not recommend this location at all.

This is a very good local auto parts shop that will take the time to find the right part or your obscure part request. Pricing is competitive and the willingness to get what you request puts them up at the top of your local auto parts sources. Most of the staff has been there for a few years now. August 2025 update: RG Auto Parts continues to be the premiere go-to place for auto parts with accurate and timely delivery and with competitive pricing.
