Our crèche facilities are open for long hours throughout the morning and afternoon, we have shower and change room facilities for the early risers, and air-conditioning throughout the gym for those who can’t deal with CrossFitting in the furnaces around town. An awesome box with first class equipment and coaching. Really friendly staff with a great community feel. I'd would recommend for beginners and seasoned Crossfitters alike. Great for families too as it has a creche. 5 stars for sure.
