PEACE OF MIND That is really all you need to know Richard and his wonderful team look after 5 family and tenanted properties for us. I’ve Never been let down. They are professional and friendly. Engineers are efficient and neat. Can’t rate them any higher.
I have used RFW for many years - they have renewed my entire heating system including the boiler, changed pipe work, added in extra radiators, yearly maintenance and investigated leaks. Every engineer is courteous, polite, very trustworthy and never leave a mess. I recommend RFW for ALL plumbing and heating projects. Thank you Richard and team.
Ryan came out promptly to give a competitive estimate for a new boiler. Quickly provided an installation date. Installation was completed in a day by a polite and efficient man (sorry didn’t get his name). Property left clean and tidy. Follow up visit from Ryan to ensure we were happy with what had been done. Overall a painless experience would use again.
Just recently my wife had asked if we could add The Hive Heating Hub to our home set up. Made a call to RFW Plumbing and Heating and they arranged for an engineer to come to our home and install one for us. They arrived on time, very polite and professional and were in and out within the hour. If you want something where you can turn your Heating on remotely on your way home I'd highly recommend it and the service provide by RFW was of the highest quality. The wife will be very happy. Thank you RFW, great all round.
