Our experience with Jolicoeur was fantastic! They were great to deal with in every aspect. They were super friendly, knowledgeable, professional and competent. They were very thorough in explaining the process and answering our questions and when the day came, everything went as planned and execution was flawless. As for the system we are very happy with the system and very reasonable! Merci Martin et a tout ton equipe!

Met them at the office, got a salesperson to show up . Showed me a website of the thermal pump. Got finance and when it came to the next step after calling them. I got their AI assistant wich didn't do jacksquat. Called the office numerous times so they can call me but never did so I went to the next one on my list wich was climat solution and it didn't take much time to set up the appointment and meeting and after the meeting. They wre really quick to set up the next step. Refrig lost a client due to lack of communication.
J'ai fais installer un thermopompe avec une fournaise électrique. Les 2 techniciens ont fait un job impeccable. Ils ont désinstaller ma vieille fournaise et mon AC et fait l'installation de ma thermopompe et fournaise, le tout dans la même journée! Ils ont gardés les lieus propre aussi. Tout fonctionne bien depuis 3 mois et je suis très satisfait. Gros merci à l'équipe Réfrigération Jolicoeur!
Le pire expérience possible. Ne savent pas honorer leurs engagements. J’ai accepté le devis au début juin et ils ont donné une date d’installation le 12 juillet. Ils ne se sont pas présentés. C’est moi qui ai dû les appeler. Ils n’ont pas rappelé comme promis et, après un autre suivi de ma part, ils m’ont dit que l’installation ne pourrait se faire qu’à la fin septembre pour un simple climatiseur de 12 000 BTU.
