Super service du début à la fin.Bon service à la clientèle. Il m’ont même offert de venir plus rapidement que prévu. Le rapport de ce qui a été fait est en plus très détaillé avec des photos à l’appuie. Vous avez gagné une nouvelle cliente pour les années à venir.
The service was okay (very expensive though). The issue is the following: after one month, they told me that I didn’t pay. Because our card cannot pay 1700 in one shot (yeah that’s how much it costs to repair our AC) I had to pay one using the pos machine and one by online transfer. Now they kept saying that half of the payment is missing. I even provided the bank record for the transaction, and they still want me to pay again. This is outrageous. I don’t know if I could take legal actions against this, but it’s simply ridic... read more
