We hired RFO contracting to replace a rotted out basement door. Russel installed a brand new metal prehung door and completely water sealed the floor and frame. You can tell that russel and his team take pride in their work and the cost was a fair value. They are super friendly and professional. We requested a tighter seal on account of the door being an unheated basement and he came out at no cost and made sure that we were happy. And we are. Highly recommend RFO contracting. You will be happy you did.
RFO repaired our inclosed porch that another contractor wanted to tear down and rebuild from scratch. Russ was confident he would fix all the problems and he did. We were kept updated throughout the project. Workmanship is top notch. RFO takes pride in what they do. Job was completed on time at quoted price. Will recommend RFO Contracting with confidence!
We hired Russell from RFO Contracting for a project as part of our house remodeling business. The quality of work was good, and everything was completed within the agreed timeframe. Highly recommend - Russ did a fantastic job. He came to give me a free estimate and he prioritized the work I needed to have done in a very clear way. We set up to fix the more immediate issues and he was able to move me up in his queue when he had a cancellation. He knew rain was coming later in the week and was kind enough to give me priority when he had the time. Such a fair price and incredibly helpful with my (new to me) VERY old farmhouse.
