Consistently does a great job! I get lots of compliments on the lawn. He’s a really nice guy, too & easy to work with.
Wanted an estimate for turf damage. Went back and forth for a week with pictures and by the time they were ready to come out, they said they did not have time to do that. It was my initial inquiry and I sent pictures twice. I get that it is the busy season, but I could not even get them to come out to inspect my yard and get an estimate.
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with RFLO lawn care. I see that there are some great reviews for him and his work so I expected a lot better. Let me explain: Rusty came out to look at our front yard and quoted $125 for mowing and leaf cleanup. I confirmed this price over email before scheduling, so there was no ambiguity about the agreed cost and I would have a record of the quote.
