I came to look at there utility bodies and found a very clean 2019 2500 HD. I ended up putting a deposit and was coming to pick up the next weekend. During that week I was approved for my first house loan and the bank wouldn’t approve it if I financed the truck. Signed for the truck around 11:30, got about half way home and the alternator stopped working around 2:00. Called Ritchie and let him know, he made some excuses like that's just what they do and just turn the truck off and start it again and to let him know what was going on. It continued to not work correctly. Dishonest and manipulative – avoid RFJ Motors Visited RFJ Motors today after being told a specific truck I was interested in was available. I later found out that was a lie – they used it as bait just to get me on the lot. Once I arrived, they immediately tried to push a different vehicle on me. They also told me I was approved for financing, only to backtrack and change their story later on. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch situation.
