I purchased a product that arrived broken. Despite their “advice” that it should only be used in a private environment, this was irrelevant in my case because the item was defective upon delivery. Instead of honoring the warranty for a faulty product, they hid behind this policy to avoid responsibility. This is a very unusual and disappointing way to handle a warranty claim. In my opinion, this is dishonest business practice, and I would strongly think twice before buying anything from them.

I bought some Adidas workout gloves from Workout For Less who tell me that this company supply them. The gloves looked like really badly made fakes and I would be very surprised if Adidas are knowingly happy to have their name and branding on them. Avoid any goods supplied by this company like the plague.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen haben mir kein Schritt weiter geholfen sitze jetzt mit einem bestellten Ersatzteil von dieser Unternehmung zu Hause und mein Gerät läuft immer noch nicht und bei der Frage was ich als Nächstes machen soll warte ich seit einigen Wochen auf eine Antwort

Absolutely disgraceful experience with this company, tarnishing the reputable names of Reebok and Adidas. I purchased a treadmill in July for £1,000, and within two weeks, problems started. Despite three engineer visits, the issues were not resolved. To make matters worse, the fourth visit was a complete no-show, and I am now waiting for a fifth attempt!
