Rang with concerns and asked to be seen and was told it’s basically covid / virus and to not go to clinic. Lady was extremely rude. Lady then dropped off information about my issue INTO THE SHOP to a colleague of mine. No privacy concerns there for patients.
JUST IMAGINE, my surprise when my manager yelled in front of everyone that was present ( twice) That the doctor gave me an appointment. THROUGH MY BOSS who had no mercy letting everyone know. I reckon if you’re not dying and want your privacy to be respected (backpackers) just avoid !!
