Excellent service. Very flexible and has a warm heart.
I was in very desperate need of a phone repair for my iPhone 15. My back glass was shattered, my speaker’s volume was so low that I could hardly hear any noise that was playing, and the phone kept shutting off at random, even when the battery was well-charged. I knew that if I took it to the Apple Store, they would charge me $500-$600 dollars to repair it, or even worse, tell me to buy a new one. I had wonderful customer service. He was honest and gave possibilities of what may be wrong with my phones. He ordered everything that may have been needed for the fix but only charged me for what was needed. I was given price breaks where he could and the labor cost was more than fair. I have used this service for many issues on my families phones and have been more than satisfied. I have recommended RF to many friends and family. I recommend them to you too.
