Very dishonest builder. He overcharged us $2766 for the price of windows. He made us pay, in advance, $11,730 for the windows. When the windows were delivered, the invoice, which I signed at delivery, stated that the purchase price was only $8964. When I confronted Mr. Centore, he repeatedly lied claiming that the invoice was mistaken. I called his supplier, ABC Inc. The windows cost $8,964. Shame the devil and tell the truth!
