I have a lease term via R&F property, my property manager is Nathan Niu, my experience with him has been outstanding. Nathan is highly responsive, efficient, and proactive in handling all aspects of our property. We couldn't be happier with his services.
I am very unhappy with their services! Do not even rent with them. They ignore your requests, they do not help to solve any issue in the unit, they disappear and just show up in the end of the lease demanding lots of fees for you to pay. They support is terrible, communication was a real struggle, they have no organization (they will miss your documents) and they have no communication or customer services skills. Such an unpleasant experience!
They were good to deal with. I moved from Brisbane, was able to secure a lease without inspecting (and just no fuss during leasing process), and enabled me to extend for a longer when I couldn't find a place. As a renter, good to deal with.
Rented the new, Beautiful apartments down Ballarat road. Our property Manager Roula Bekai was such a delight. From the apartment viewing, Tenancy agreement, Duration of our rental in the apartment, Roula was very nice, informative and very fast responding back to me. Such a great experience with the best property Manager.
