Excellent service. We brought in our Class A RV because the large slide was stuck in the out position by an inch and a half. It was repaired within 24 hours, at an honest price. We are so grateful to find an RV repair shop we could trust, and so close to home. We highly recommend these guys for your RV maintenance and repairs.
Long story made shorter....I purchased my 5th Wheel (Keystone Cougar) from Folsom RV, 11 months ago. Have had several problems which are covered by Warranty. However, Folsom RV Service Dept 'sucks', and can't ever get Rig into Service Dept to fix problems...'too busy' they say! Latest problem, my Bed Slide wouldn't slide out all the way...talked to Folsom RV, who didn't care, and said they can't get it into workshop for 3 to 4 weeks. (I have a Glamping trip to Truckee in 2 weeks time). So, I decided to look locally for help.... read more
