Matt and Nick went above and beyond to remove links from two watch bands for my mother. As an elderly person with mobility issues, she relies on expandable bands and couldn’t find anyone in her small town in Wisconsin to help fit them to size. We brought the bands in to R.F. Moeller and Matt and Nick were happy to help and had them ready in no time! We’re so grateful for their help and kindness.

I’ve worked with Will on cleaning and repairs for quite a few pieces of beloved heirloom jewelry, bringing them back to life to be worn again. Our most recent project was a custom pair of earrings using leftover beads from a bracelet resizing. Will is reliably helpful and kind - always remembers me and makes the process fun. And every piece has turned out perfectly!
