I'm not sure what happened to this company, but new management and new HR manager have driven the Hayward office to the ground. So many unhappy employees and it has sadly become a very toxic environment. If people aren't being let go unfairly to later be replaced, they are leaving on their own as it has become a horrible place to work for. This is definitely the WORST place I have ever worked at.

Shocking to see so many great reviews about this company, but this is the WORST place I have ever worked. The Hayward location is a joke. No communication between departments, no structure, and the managers are horrible including the head of HR. If you get called by this place RUN and don't look back.

I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to work here, until I took over a family business outside this industry. RF MacDonald is an exceptional place to work and grow as an individual. Everyone within the company especially, the owners Jim,Mike and GM in Modesto Andy, were wonderful to work with. Id highly recommend working here to anyone looking for a company that you can plan long term goals with and want to retire from.
