R&F was recommended to me by a friend after my car got side swiped. Went to the shop immediately and was greeted by Frank. We talked prices and knew that they were honest, transparent, and catered to my needs and wants (fixing the bumper vs replacing it completely). Just also noting that I would have never gone to an auto shop by myself BUT I went alone and didn’t feel out of place or at unease.
