I have not had the best experience with this office. Poor communication. My referral wasn't labeled correctly. I was diagnosed with a gallstone at a local hospital. My referral diagnosis was put in as diarrhea. It's been over a month with no call back from GI. The office communication with me was equally as poor. I was told I would recieve a call back that day to resolve the issue. I did not receive one. I called back and reserved a line in the queue for a call back. Again, no call. My husband had an appointment with him and Dr Islam's staff canceled his appointment with no notice. At the rescheduled time, Dr Islam was distracted and couldn't get out of the office fast enough. We went to get his prescriptions just to find out they were never called in. Both doctor and staff were sloppy and incompetent. Let's do better Doc.
I really appreciate Dr.Islam. He is kind and really listens to my concerns. The office always gets me in quickly. I highly recommend.
I wouldn't let him doctor my dog...had him in Fulton not good nurse was better at deciding on blood clot lol
