My whole family loves Rezulz! Ashley and Theresa are amazing owners. I started going to the 5:30 am class, and even started to bring my daughter. They will meet you right where you are at with your fitness journey, but then also encourage you to push a little harder. I’m in town for the week on vacation found this gym 5 minutes from our cabin went and met the owner Mr Ashley he was very welcoming and let me workout! Cool gym great ppl and environment highly recommend thanks again!!

By far the coolest gym I’ve ever been to. It’s not every day you see a gym in a log cabin and it’s so unique to step in and see so much equipment with wooden floors and walls compared to commercial gyms. It has everything you could ask for including some equipment I’ve never seen at other gyms like this one tricep machine where you do the extension behind your back rather than by your side. The owners were very kind and welcoming and it’s always cool to come back here during breaks from school. Definitely worth checking out!
