Renee seemed to be helpful in the beginning. After two visits, I lost 5 lbs, but since I was doing everything right she ordered blood tests to see if something else was going on. She ordered blood work, I got it, faxed it to her, and she said she would look at it and make an appointment with me. Needless to say, this never happened.
