I would strongly caution others before working with this agent. I identified a property and instructed her to submit an offer on my behalf. She failed to do so and instead acquired the property herself. This raises serious concerns about ethics, fiduciary duty, and conflict of interest. If she is willing to handle her own brother this way, I would be very careful trusting her in any transaction.
