As a 42 year old male who has played sports all my life, ran races, tough mudders, 2 young kids, active daily, hardscaping work, doing lawncare on weekends, caring for a few properties and working out weekly in a gym etc.....my body has its issues. Attractive professional atmosphere and facility. I'm looking forward to my second visit and making stretching part of my routine.
I worked with Josh to understand the specific causes of my hip tightness and develop a plan to achieve the range of motion I desire. Josh was very helpful and specifically worked through some focused techniques and exercises that will help me improve my mobility. It was amazing to see and feel the imbalances between my left and right sides (many that I didn't know about) and I am excited for how my body will feel after more sessions and take-home exercises. The facility was spotless and a very professional experience.
