I helped out my aunt who lives in the suburbs because she had a pretty new refrigerator that was acting up. These folks were really helpful and nice on the phone. They stayed on the phone with me without rushing me for a while before I made an appointment for my aunt to have them come out to her house and take a look. The technician was on time and really nice, plus very respectful, etc. They fixed her fridge and, well, everyone is happy, right? Thank you to these nice, honest people.
Whirlpool Appliance Repair helped with two repairs - a dishwasher and a washing machine - on the same day. The cost was reasonable, and Sam walked me through everything he was doing and left with some tips for maintenance or do-it-myself replacement parts. He had parts on hand for both repairs (both appliances needed a replacement piece) and within 3 hours or so both were complete. Most important: That was about a month ago, and (knock on wood) everything has been working fine since.
Exceeded expectations! Very easy to schedule an appointment. Harry came out right away, figured out the problem with my stove. When the part came in (before deadline), Harry followed up with me and was in and out in 10 minutes. Highly recommend!!
My washing machine broke on a Sunday so I called and left a voice message. Whirlpool Appliance Repair called me back first thing Monday morning and agreed to come over to take a look at the problem on my lunch break around noon that same day. Once there, he quickly identified the problem and explained it to me. It seemed like it would be an easy fix and he even had the part with him already!
