Our rug is great, but when I called to say the rug pad was not what he showed us, he said I was wrong (“I’ll throw the pad into the price” …. beware.). I let him rant for five minutes about how many of the same horrible sticky, paper thin pads he’s sold (according to him, “millions”). When his installers put the pad down I immediately questioned why it was sticking to the floor. They said “if you were to move this pad five years from now, it would easily pick right up” … weeks later we’ve purchased another pad from a reputab... read more

Never will I go anywhere else. I have been all over the DFW metroplex and traveled to OKC to find the perfect rug.
