We visited the Plano location and spent all afternoon trying to decide on a rug. I was totally open to colors and totally confused. The only thing I knew when I walked in was the size. Shawn was the most patient person I have ever dealt with. He didn’t get upset with me or try to push me in any direction. I ended up with 2 and I have never had such customer service. They delivered the rugs and let me see them in my space. Shawn and 2 others came and they went above and beyond. It was a fantastic experience. I will be back.
The rugs are really good, and the prices are definitely worth it.
