745 a.m. appt and we were not seen until 930 a.m. When Dr came in, he had not reviewed xrays and sped thru them in front of us. Poor bedside manner, questioned why we were there, thus proved he did not read reports I was also required to bring in.
Was checked in almost immediately upon arrival (7:30 am). Had x-rays and saw doctor (Alavi) within 30 minutes of arrival. Dr. Alavi took the time to listen to and address all of my questions. I felt that he had a sincere interest in my well being.
